Nine days of training to empower government agencies

The Foreign Affairs Ministry together with its New Zealand counterpart is providing training to government agencies that plan and prepare high-level visits to Fiji.

Over 100 civil servants from key ministries will be taking part in the nine-day training program.

They will be taught how to look at the strategies required to adopt an efficient and effective protocol while planning the isits.

New Zealand’s Deputy High Commissioner to Fiji, Halia Haddad says the training will complement the preparation and coordination among government agencies.

She says this is a platform for participants to share their ideas and device strategies to enhance Fiji’s overall foreign services and international relations.
