NFP to release it's election manifesto soon

The Fiji National Federation Party will be releasing their detailed manifesto for the general election in a few weeks’ time.

NPF Leader, Biman Prasad says their manifesto mainly focuses on people’s say and ideas.

“Some of the areas that we will be focused on will include housing, education, health, and wages. We want to revive our sugar industry and to massively increase our agriculture sector.”

The party announced its first batch of 31 provisional candidates to contest this year’s general election yesterday.

The list includes some prominent names like former Infrastructure Minister, Pio Tikoduadua, former High Commissioner to PNG and former Police Commissioner, Romanu Tikotikoca, and Public Relations Consultant, Lenora Qereqeretabua as well as former journalist, Shanal Sivan.
