Former Fiji Labour Party Treasurer Anendra Prasad is one of the new provisional candidates to contest the upcoming General Election under the National Federation Party ticket.

Prasad is one of the nine candidates announced by Party leader Professor Biman Prasad this afternoon.

Prasad was also a candidate for the FLP in the 2014 General Election.
Meanwhile, former Fiji Rugby Union Development officer Osea Umuumulovo is also one of the new candidates.

The other proposed candidates include Rajneesh Lata Charan, Dr Sunil Kumar, Charan Jeath Singh, Semi Titoko, Amol Kumar, Pasepa Rosarine Lagi and party leader Professor Biman Prasad.
