The National Federation Party’s 3 MPs have been re-instated in Parliament.

Speaker of the House Dr. Jiko Luveni confirms she has lifted the suspension of Professor Biman Prasad, Tupou Draunidalo and Prem Singh.

Dr. Luveni received notification from the Registrar of Political Parties that the NFP has complied with the requirements to have its books audited by a certified accountant.

She says all 3 MPs can now participate in Parliament proceedings and any committees of the House.

Their salaries have also been re-instated as of yesterday.

Dr. Luveni says she will inform the NFP of her decision immediately.
