NFA to expand Service

December 10, 2015 5:29 pm

The National Fire Authority will be expanding its services in the country.

Speaking at the pass out parade for 35 fire fighters at the Togalevu Naval Base outside Lami yesterday, Acting Minister for Infrastructure and Transport Rosy Akbar says this is part of their efforts to improve their service delivery.

“At the fore front of the reforms and the changes taking place in NFA which is reflected in the NFA’s strategic planning framework 2013 to 2017 is the recognition of the fundamental change in the service provided the National Fire Authority from merely a fire fighting agency into a multidisciplinary service provider to the People of Fiji.”
