Majority of the tourists visiting the Pacific Island Countries are from Australia and New Zealand.

South Pacific Tourism Organisation’s chief executive Christopher Cocker says that 20 per cent of the visitors were from New Zealand while 30 per cent were from Australia.

He also added that the remaining market of 49 per cent were visitors from key markets of Europe, North America, China and Japan.
