Work on the new Nepani Subdivision is nearing completion.

Housing Minister, Parveen Kumar says the remaining work includes the establishment of the supply of electricity and water.

“I am happy to announce that the works at the Nepani Subdivision is almost completed there are few works that need to be patched up and on paper housing authority is started selling the lots and I’m hopeful that by the end of November, we should give people the offer.”

Kumar says housing should not be a problem if previous governments invested in building new subdivisions.

The ministry is also working on other new subdivisions around the country.

The new Nepani subdivision consists of 174 housing blocks.
