A new dive resort is being built in Taveuni.
Director of the Resort and Beaches Investment Limited – Carl Fox says the Taveuni Dive Resort is the only 5-Star Instructor Development Dive Resort on the island.
We are building a brand new resort in the middle of Taveuni. One month construction has been done and probably we have completed thirty percent work on the new resort.
Fox says with a continuous pressure on demand for diving services on the island, they felt a resort catering specifically for dive groups would be a great addition for the company.
Completely built out of locally sourced material and built by local builders, the resort will cater mostly for dive groups to complement the extensive diving services on Taveuni.
The resort is expected to open before Christmas.
