New CEO ready for role at CCF

The newly appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Citizens Constitutional Forum hopes to take the Non Government Organisation to another level.

The former Roko Tui Cakaudrove, Bulutani Mataitawakilai says he is ready for his new role.

‘’The work that we do has been perceived or misinterpreted by most in the past as anti government or anti culture or anti tradition and we want to reach out to the people and make a positive change in their lives’’.

Educating local communities on strong leadership, good governance, human rights, democracy and multiculturalism will be top of Mataitawakilai’s list.

He has previously worked as a community education officer at CCF in 2012.

Mataitawakilai succeeds Reverend Akuila Yabaki.
