Nemani Bulitavu gives up seat for his son

Nemani Bulitavu gave up his ticket as a SODELPA Candidate to allow his son Mosese Bulitavu to stand for the upcoming General Election.

This was revealed by SODELPA Leader Sitiveni Rabuka while clarifying the last four proposed candidates announced over the weekend.

Rabuka says the decision to include Bulitavu came as his father offered his seat to him.

“Now that Mosese is available they have decided that they come back and let Mosese run because he can run for more terms while his father may only run for one term.”

The last four proposed candidates that were announced include Tui Cakau Ratu Naiqama Lalabalavu , Joape Kuinikoro – former national rugby winger and Isiromi Baiyameyame – former Yasana Holdings CEO.
