Suva High Court Judge Justice Vincent Perera has referred a woman from Nausori for Psychiatric Evaluation at the St Giles Psychiatric Hospital in Suva.

35-year-old Roselyn Razin Khan is charged with one count of murder after she allegedly drove her car off the road into the Rewa River two weeks ago.

This resulted in the death of her four year old daughter.

It’s alleged the woman who stays in Vuci South left her home with her daughter on May 6th.

The woman while driving called her husband and told him she was going to take both their lives.

The matter will be called again for mention on June 12th.
