Landslide at Dilkusha Road in Nausori

Dilkusha Road in Nausori remains closed to traffic after yesterday’s landslide and slip in the area bought on by the heavy downpour.

The Fiji Roads Authority has confirmed to FBC News that they are currently working to clear the area with major traffic pileups observed this morning as a result of the road closure.

Meanwhile, two vehicles were caught in the landslide yesterday, tumbling down to the river bank as a result of the slips however no one was injured.
