When this happens, winds will be stronger than was is currently being felt in the Central Division, as well as the Lomaiviti and Lau group.

“So those are the extent of the gale winds and storm-force winds that’ll be associated with Ana. So today until the afternoon it is expected to leave Viti Levu and go towards Kadavu. By later this evening it is expected to track towards South.”

He says TC Ana’s trajectory is delayed for another two hours as it slowed down when entering the Bligh Waters last night, and gained strength, further intensifying into a category 2 system.
TC Ana is expected to leave the group later tonight.

Drana, Ra villager Solo Waqatabu told FBC News they are currently experiencing strong winds and heavy rain.

Waqatabu says it started at around 6:30 this morning.
