Civil servants from flood prone areas advised to go home

All non-essential civil servants living in flood-prone areas have been released from work as of now.
This has been confirmed by Director National Disaster Management Office Vasiti Soko.
“As confirmed by the Permanent Secretary for Civil Service, all non-essential civil servants living in flood-prone areas can now go home to prepare their families for this looming weather.”

Soko is advising public servants to prepare accordingly.
