632 evacuees currently sheltering in 15 evacuation centres

A total of 632 evacuees are currently sheltering in 15 evacuation centres around the country.

Four evacuation centers have been activated in the Central Division, seven in the North, two in the West and two in the Eastern Division.

With Tropical Cyclone Mona slowly moving into the Fiji group, the National Disaster Management Office continues to coordinate its National Emergency Operation Centre with all Emergency Operation Centers around the country.

Meanwhile, Police has been tasked to monitor all active evacuation centers.
