A 23 year old man has been discharged by the Suva High Court after the Director of Public Prosecutions Office filed for a discontinuance through a Nolle Prosequi.

Eddie Murphy was alleged to have raped a woman who was a volunteer from Scotland in Namosi in 2016.

Murphy was part of the volunteer group, at the time of the alleged offence.
