“What got us wanting to begin developing that land is our involvement with the government’s Red Plus programme because we realize, if we were to move into the area of climate change and conservation and so on and even doing consultancies on gender balance and FPIC, we would need more spaces for us to work in. You know we are quite limited at the moment.”

The proposed project consists of three buildings which will house a five, a three and a two-storey building, a Rara, a theatre, and a commercial complex.

The $20million-dollar project will be built opposite the existing association headquarters and is earmarked to begin early next year.
