Ship Owner’s Representative Tim Skinner, says they included Fiji as one of their destinations in the four-month journey due to its beautiful attractions.

Skinner says their research showed that most of the passengers preferred Fiji as one of the holiday destinations.

“It just makes sense from a navigational point of view but also from an appeal point of view for guests, for passengers because you have such a different culture. It is a very different country. Whatever you promise, you deliver – in terms of sightseeing, in terms of excursions they do.”

MSC Magnifica began its journey on January 5th from the Port of Italy and Suva is its 29th stop out of the 49 cities that will be visited.

The ship’s next stop will be Lautoka.
