MSAF is urging adults to supervise children at all times on jetties and only take children if they are to travel on board ships.

In addition, passengers on board small boats that are less than 10 meters away from shore, should ensure they have a life jacket readily available for them which must be worn at all times.

Meanwhile, the public are advised to properly dispose their rubbish in bins that have been provided on board all vessels.
