In an effort to improve civil servants service delivery, the Ministry responsible will offer more training this year.

Permanent Secretary for Civil Service, Bernadette Welch, says expectations are high for every ministry to deliver.

Quality service delivery is a must for every civil servant and Welch says the Ministry will ensure everyone makes a contribution.

“And the greatest expectations from our Ministry is to make a significant contribution in terms of the excellence that we deliver and in terms of the excellence that the whole of the civil service delivers.”

Welch says more training is vital for civil servants to deliver the best service for the people.
