National Disaster Management Officer Director Akapusi Tuifagalele says the worst is not over yet, and we need to stay vigilant – especially those living in tents.

“Central remains at 223, for the eastern division, 234 for the northern division. Western has dramatically increased by 475 bringing the total of 3000 people in tents.”

Tuifagalele says a majority of these families – two thousand one hundred and fifty eight people are in Ra – others are in Tavua, Lautoka and Ba.
