The Viti Spinal Injuries Association has assisted more than three hundred Fijians living with disabilities from 2008 to date.

Viti Spinal Injury Association Trustee member, Tomasi Vuidreketi says the primary objective of the institution is to assist disadvantage people who have gone through accidents and have their had their spinal cord injured

Vuidreketi says the project is not only for patients but also their entire family

“In terms of the project that we have done over the past ten years we began a project almost like a family project that started off and it grew to what we are today ,small but we are doing quite a lot.”

The association hopes that those who are provided with this assistance will live an enjoyable life.
