More than 120 plants believed to be Marijuana uprooted

More than 120 green plants believed to be Marijuana were uprooted from the Kanakana Hills in the Northern division yesterday.

This comes as a team of officers were conducting a mop up exercise.

The plants are believed to range from 40cm in height.

Police says they’re yet to identify the owner of the farm

A man was also arrested by police on Friday in Labasa after he was allegedly found with sachets of dried leaves wrapped in aluminum foil believed to be marijuana.
