The People’s Community Network has revealed more money is needed to complete the whole Lagilagi Housing Project.
PCN Director Semiti Qalowasa says they are currently requesting government to allocate an extra 800 thousand dollars to complete phase two however, more is needed to finish the whole project.
Qalowasa says they are hoping government will continue to assist them financially so that affordable housing is provided to all Fijians.
“If government gives enough money to PCN to build 500 homes, that’s enough for PCN to build another 10 thousand homes to complete Lagilagi.”
Qalowasa says it is costing PCN about 20 million dollars to build 157 homes and hopes are high that more financial assistance will come their way.
