Individuals are taking a keen interest on the South Pacific Stock Exchange.

Exchange, Manager Operations, Pretesh Prasad says seventy people invested in the market so far this year.

“The good thing to note about them is that these are mostly individual investors or the retail investors and what it really shows that people are now becoming more financially savvy and the Stock market is one of those options that they are now seriously considering.”

Prasad says in June alone ten individuals invested on the stock market.
