There is a need to create more awareness for people to buy Fiji Made products says Attorney General Aiyaz Sayed Khaiyum.
Sayed- Khaiyum was part of the Buy Fiji made March which was held in Lautoka today.
Khaiyum says the impact of buying Fiji made products will benefit everyone in the economy.
“People need to be aware to buy more Fiji made products as this will keep money within our country. This will ensure that we reduce our import of goods from overseas countries.”
Khaiyum adds there is a need to push for Fiji Made products overseas.
“By buying Fiji made products, we will ensure that we are putting Fiji on the map. Tourists who come in and purchase our products will also get to notice it and word will spread from there. But there is a need to market our Fiji Made products overseas.”
The Buy Fiji Made march was attended by the various business men in Lautoka.
