Multinational Observer Group Coordinator Alice Cawte says they are pleased to have been able to observe some of the registration processes leading up to the general election next month.

Cawte says they will reserve their observations as they have just arrived into the country and they owe it to Fijians to make sure their observations are well considered.

She says they are happy with the access they will have during election.

Cawte adds that their terms of reference guarantee their freedom of movement across the country and to consulate widely.
