Mobilization to site for the construction on the new waterfront development at Lami which is called the Uduya Point Apartments have begun.

Pacific Building Solutions Director, Michael Fairfax, says they are happy to be involved in a first of its kind project in the Lami area.

Fairfax says this will create employment for up to 150 people for the duration of the project.

He says they will include two jetties to the current boat ramp that the property has.

Apartment owners and tenants will have access to water-based activities right on their doorstep.

The twenty-million dollar development project is a joint venture between Hari Punja & Sons Limited and Pacific Building Solutions.
