A 38 year old Manager of a school in Moala, Lau appeared in the Suva Magistrates court charged with obtaining property by deception.

It is alleged that the accused misappropriated the free-school fund of more than four thousand dollars between June to October, 2014.

He was given strict bail condition with a sum of one thousand dollars.

Police Prosecutor Joseph Dickson refused bail however Magistrate Waleen George overruled to grant the man bail.
