F1 Mobile, one of the major sponsors of this year’s Miss World Fiji contest has developed a texting platform.
The platform is created to guide finalists who are novice to the beauty pageant industry.
The Miss World Fiji team will be providing daily SMS text messages with tips on boot camp preparations via the platform.
Managing Director Lara Chung says the platform will also allow the Miss World Fiji staff to easily communicate with this year’s contestants.
A new Multi Media challenge was introduced in 2012 for the International Miss World contest whereby contestants are judged in this category on how they communicate with their followers using smart phones, lap – tops or tablets.
This year’s castings for Miss World Fiji will take place on July 6th.
Miss World Fiji 2015 will be held later that month in Pacific Harbor.
The International Miss World finals will be held in November with the host country to be announced soon.
