The Women, Children and Poverty Alleviation Ministry is still trying to identify the beggars who will be shifted to the rehabilitation facility in Colo-i-Suva next year.

While speaking at a post budget forum in Suva this week, Minister Rosy Akbar said beggar profiling will soon be extended to other parts of the country to identify such beggars.

She said the Ministry is also trying to decide which skills will be provided to the able-bodied beggars who can join workforce later.
