Methodist Church to review its schools morale values

August 16, 2018 12:47 am

The issue of student’s social behaviour is becoming a major concern for all Methodist schools in Fiji.

Acting general secretary, Reverend Jeremaia Waqainabete, says discussions will take place during the Methodist Church Conference next week on how to deal with this issue.

Waqainabete says it’s vital for the church to look for avenues in which values can be imparted to students in order for them to control their social behaviour.

“Creating a Christian settings in our church schools where it can really impact and influence our students to become that productive and responsible people in the future.”

Waqainabete says this is not only a concern for the Methodist Church as other Faith Based organisations are also facing the same issue in their various schools.
