The Methodist Church has raised more than $190,000 until yesterday.

This was confirmed by the Church Communication secretary, Wilfred Regunamada who says that this does not include the funds raised today.

Regunamada says they have surpassed their target of $180,000.

“So this money goes to the funding of the frontage of Davuilevu Institutions, we have three big institutions there,”

Regunamada says the funds will also enable the institutions to comply with the Fiji Higher Education Commission standards.

Meanwhile, the Festival of Praise ends tonight with the conference to begin next week.
