Methodist Church shows support to PM

We will standby Prime Minister Voreqe Bainimarama and we want to be part of the way forward for Fiji.

This is the comment from the Methodist Church of Fiji General Secretary Reverend Ili Vunisuwai as the Methodist Church Conference Meeting continues.

Reverend Vunisuwai says Bainimarama’s work to deliver for all Fijians is a revelation of governments work to further develop our country.

With government putting a lot of emphasis on education, Vunisuwai says the Methodist Church is ready to work with government to create knowledgeable society.

“We will standby and be part of that journey forward and will try our best to eradicate ignorance and uplift the standard of education.”

Meanwhile Prime Minister Voreqe Bainimarama has also revealed his desire to work with the Methodist Church of Fiji.
