Church President Reverend. Dr. Epineri Vakadewavosa says this is the direction the church has taken as part of its agreement to be debt-free by 2020.

“It’s a difficult time and people are struggling to feed their families and at the same time, they give all to the church and we the stewards in the church must use the funding wisely.”

The church has recorded a $3million profit so far in this financial year.

Meanwhile, the conference continues tomorrow.
