The Methodist Church says they are awaiting Police to give them the green light to carry out their second Standing committee meeting.

Church Assistant general Secretary Reverend Tevita Nawadra says the Police are going over their first meeting report and will get back to them.

Reverend Nawadra says if the Police will not agree with the outcome of their first meeting – it can jeopardise the annual general meeting in August.

He adds the permit for the second standing committee meeting has been approved.
