Students and teachers of Marist Brothers Primary School paid their last respects to one of their own this afternoon.

Malcom Isoa Makasiale, a class one student lost his life on Monday after being involved in an accident involving a bus in the morning.

Late Makasiale was escorted by his school teachers, his colleagues and his parents to his classroom.

Songs and hymns were sung by his year one colleagues and a church service was conducted at the school chapel.

Parents of the students also joined in to share the sorrow with the family.

He will be laid to rest in Qauia, Lami tomorrow.
