The missing yellow fiber-glass boat that left Nawaikama, Gau en-route for Levuka earlier this week has been found.
Fiji Navy Commander, Captain Humphrey Tawake says the boat was found yesterday at 4pm, submerged in the Bau waters.
Tawake says the seven passengers are still missing and they together with the Fiji Maritime Surveillance Rescue Coordination Centre and Police will continue searching.
Prime Minister Voreqe Bainimarama was also briefed on the latest updates.
The public is requested to call crime stoppers on 919 or the Eastern Command Centre on 9905 563 should they have any information that might be of assistance.
