A Marist Brothers High student charged with instigating the brawl between students of his school and Suva Grammar School has been set free by the Suva Magistrates Court this afternoon.

Varasiko Savario , 18, was charged with Assault Occasioning Bodily Harm.

The complainants, two students of Suva Grammer, told the court they have reconciled with Varasiko and forgave him.

Magistrates Jamana Bandara dismissed the charges against Savario and warned him not to re-offend.

Magistrate Bandara told Savario, the court is mindful of his future and advised him against being on the wrong side of the law again .

Savario was represented by Legal Aid Lawyer Seremaia Waqainabete.
