The manhunt continues for three prisoners who escaped from the Nadi Police Station earlier this week.

The escapees are 32-year-old Daniel Thomas, of Lovu Lautoka, 39-year-old Maleli Vinakasigadua of Tomuka, Lautoka and 26-year-old Nacanieli Bakata of Wailada, Lami.

Police say the trio are commonly known for committing offenses such as breaking into cars, home evasion, robbery with violence and pick pocketing.

Police Spokesperson – Inspector Atunaisa Sokomuri says harboring of prisoners is a crime.

Sokomuri is now urging the public to contact police f they have any information regarding the three men who’re at large.
