A 45- year- old man will be produced at the Nausori Magistrates Court charged for allegedly bribing a Police officer.

Police Spokesperson, Ana Naisoro says the accused was stopped by a traffic officer in Nausori town yesterday afternoon when the alleged incident took place.

It is alleged he offered the accused $10 as well as a refreshments to avoid being booked as he was found to be operating illegally and had failed to produce his driving license.

The accused is expected to be produced this morning.
