A 23-year-old man who allegedly indecently assaulted a ten year-old minor on the 29th of last month, is in custody.

The accused is related to the victim and they reside in the same house.

It’s alleged the offence occurred when the victim was alone at home.

The ten-year-old girl reported the matter to her mother, before it was reported to Police.

The man is expected to appear this afternoon at the Sigatoka Magistrates Court.
