A thirty-three-year-old self- employed man of Nakasi in Nasinu charged with two counts of being in possession of illicit drugs, has been remanded by the Nasinu Magistrates Court.

Asish Kumar was arrested by Police in a drug raid, conducted in the Eastern Division.

Police entered his house last week, which resulted in the seizure of white crystals believed to be methamphetamine and apparatus allegedly used for manufacturing the drugs.

Kumar is remanded awaiting his bail ruling on Friday.
