Suva High Court Judge Justice Riyaz Hamza has concurred with the unanimous opinion of the assessors and found a 59-year-old man guilty of raping his 15-year-old step-daughter in March last year.

Justice Hamza found the man guilty on one charge of rape and four charges of sexual assault.

The offense took place in Suva between the 19th and 26th of March in 2016.
The man will be sentenced this week.
