A 38-year-old man who is believed to have fallen in a sink hole at the Vatukoula Gold Mine is still missing.
Police has confirmed the incident happened yesterday morning.
The man is believed to have fallen 18-20 metres into the sink hole.
A search and rescue team by the Vatukoula Gold Mine was activated and searches conducted have been negative.
