A man facing drug related charges was further remanded by the Suva High court yesterday.
Kritesh Kumar appeared before High Court judge Justice Thushara Rajasinghe.
Kumar is charged with one count of possession where he was allegedly found with 1.4 kilograms of Methamphetamine in his home during a police raid in October last year.
The state counsel filed and served the information and disclosures to the Defence and the accused.
The lawyer also informed the court the information and disclosures include results from further tests carried out on one of the apparatus which was received later.
The bail ruling for Kumar has been adjourned to another date as the judgment for bail ruling was not ready today.
The matter has adjourned for pre-trial conference and bail ruling to November 13th.
