A man in his late 50s is dead following a house fire at Deepwater in Korovou last night.

The incident occurred after 6pm.

The victim was last seen walking into his home alone by a neighbor and shortly afterwards a fire broke out at his residence.

The cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained as the investigation continues.
