A man believed to be in his early 20’s has died in a fatal road accident along Laqere Road in Nasinu last night.

Police Spokesperson Ana Naisoro confirms that the incident occurred at around 8pm where the man was hit by a bus that was on its way to Nausori.

The man was rushed to the CWM Hospital in Suva and was pronounced dead at around midnight.

Police are yet to identify details of the victim and they are appealing to the general public to come forward with any information.
