Police are investigating the death of a man along Carnavon Street in Suva last week.

It is alleged the man fell off a railing and landed on the pavement at a service station along Victoria Parade.

The area remains cordoned off.

Police Spokesperson, Wame Bautolu confirms they have received a report.

He says the matter is now under investigation.
