A twenty-two-year-old man alleged to have been involved in a robbery at the Dignified Crematorium, in 9 Miles last month made his first appearance in the Suva High court today.

Rusiate Rokobulou is charged with one count each of robbery, aggravated burglary, damaging property and theft.

It is alleged that January 24th, Rokobulou and two others allegedly trespassed into the Dignified Crematorium and stole more than $6000.

The state requested for the matter to be transferred to Justice Vincent Perera’s court as two other people charged in relation to the same case will be appearing before him.

The matter has been adjourned to 23rd of this month.
